Debbie Leenderts partnered with Chapman as Charter and Recruitment director in 2017. After spending over a decade onboard luxury superyachts that travelled throughout the Mediterranean, Croatia, Caribbean, The Bahamas and America, Debbie catered to some of the most influential celebrities and dignitaries. During this time Debbie developed a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge in the superyacht industry which she now shares with Chapman.
Today Debbie manages a team of Charter Experience Managers and Recruitment officers within the company, booking in excess of 250 Yacht Charters per annum and placing crew members on various commercial and luxury yachts and Superyachts Australia-wide and globally. Off the strength of Debbie’s experience to date, she has the foresight to understand what owners, captains and senior crew want from their staff and the in-depth knowledge of the Australian charter market and destinations to ensure customer satisfaction time again.
