The Wharf is the latest development at The Boat Works, featuring architecturally designed, premium office premises that will accommodate Chapman Yachting and other yachting businesses in the heart of this renowned superyacht facility. This state-of-the-art space enhances the exceptional services and offerings at The Boat Works.
A Hub for Marine Professionals at Boat Works
The new additions will bolster the existing 100 on-site trades and marine businesses that operate from The Boat Works. This will be the last office development to occupy space at The Boat Works, with one premium top-floor office space still available for yachting brands and businesses in the marine refit and service epicentre of southeast Queensland.

Chapman Yachting’s New Headquarters at The Wharf
Chapman Yachting has secured a bespoke office within the newly finished The Wharf building in the north yard Superyacht facility. With the new headquarters on-site at The Boat Works, Chapman Yachting will provide an extensive range of services, including refit, antifouling, and detailing.
