Your Questions, Answered
How much does it cost to charter Evolution?
Summer day charters start from $3,700 per hour inc GST for up to 40 guests, or $4,000 per hour for 41 to 70 guests, with a four-hour minimum. From February, off-peak rates start from $3,600 per hour for up to 70 guests. Overnight charters start from $27,000 per night. Share your date and group size and we’ll come back with a tailored quote.
What's included in a day charter?
Day charters include marine crew and fuel. Catering, beverages, wait staff, chef and wharf fees are additional, and a chef is required for all menus. Public holidays and special events attract a surcharge, so share your date and we’ll put together the full picture, with no surprises on the day.
What's included in an overnight charter?
Overnight and multi-night charters are priced per term, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 20%, which covers running costs such as food, beverages and additional fuel. The tender is included, and relocation fees may apply for charters outside Sydney.
Can Evolution travel outside Sydney?
Yes. Evolution is based on Sydney Harbour and travels to destinations including the Hawkesbury, Pittwater, the Whitsundays and Beyond. Availability, seasons and pricing vary by destination, so share your plans and our team will put together an itinerary.
How many guests can Evolution take?
Up to 70 guests for events on Sydney Harbour. Formal dining seats 10 inside or six outside, in separate settings, and eight guests can stay overnight across a master suite, two VIP cabins and a double cabin, all with ensuite facilities.
Where do we board in Sydney?
Evolution boards from Eastern Pontoon, Campbell’s Cove, King Street #9, Casino Wharf and Walsh Bay #2 Pontoon. We’ll confirm the best wharf for your itinerary.
What dining options are available?
Evolution offers canapé packages, buffets, formal dining and live culinary stations.
Optional additions include Nobu canapés or a Messina gelato cart on the aft deck. For something more relaxed, choose Arte Bianca pizza or Chargrill Charlie’s chicken with salads and sides. Guest minimums vary by dining format, and we’ll help you choose the right option for your group.
Can I add watersports?
Yes. The inflatable slide, aqua golf, scuba diving and tender are available as add-ons, and CHAPMAN can arrange Fliteboarding and excursions as part of your itinerary.
